This is not a template pack. Not a productivity tool. Not motivation content.
This is the document I wish I had before I started my first business.
Most business frameworks are built by people who've never had to make payroll, lose a client overnight, or wonder if they made a catastrophic mistake.
This one is different.
Every section in The Lions Handbook™ comes from real situations — decisions made too late, lessons that cost more than they should have, and things I had to figure out the hard way. The goal is simple: you get the clarity before you need it, not after.
Three documents. Work through them in order.
C — Clarity
You define why you're actually building this, what winning looks like for you, and how you genuinely operate as a founder. Not the pitch version. The real one.
A — Architecture
You map how your business actually makes money, what it costs to run, where the gaps are, and what breaks under pressure.
S — Survival
You protect the most important asset in your business — yourself. Time, capacity, burnout indicators, focus constraints.
Most founders skip at least one of these three. It always catches up with them.
